A date and time will be set for us to meet at a very accessible venue to be announced later, and a need for the meantime are the interest of those concerns to attend and join to thresh out some of the suggested issues below by some ‘Trainers’
B. Conducts, Chess Clinics, Trainers seminar, Teachers Seminar, Coaches seminar; all in 4 levels.
C. Awarding of titles for each classified seminar and the support of Certificates and ID License.Chess clinics participants shall be awarded with diploma of achievements for each level and be classified as certain group or class of chess players.
D. Topics for seminars and chess clinics shall include mandatory the FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Syllabus for each topics and levels.
E. All topics for every level shall be formulated by the group with supporting syllabus materials and must have as possible an estimated time allocations.
F. Practicum tournament may be included for every chess clinics in all levels as part of their evaluation on the knowledge learned from a chess clinic or seminar.
G. Standard honorarium for every level of Trainers shall be set on a daily basis regardless of number of hours but not over 8 hours, and the number of participants for each class shall be set at a maximum number of participants per class.
H. Standard instructor shall be determined according to the level of the class.
I. Standard time and number of days for each level shall be set differently for chess clinics and seminars.
J. Standard participants fees for chess clinics and seminars shall be determine to include certificates, IDs, Handouts. With regard to trainers seminar an additional fee shall include membership and license ID.
K. All Chess activities related to the functions of the group conducted by anyone among‘Trainer’ Members must be coordinated centrally with the group for proper monitoring and scheduling.
L. The ‘Trainers’ must designate temporary or permanent office necessary for conducting official business transactions or negotiations.
M. The ‘Trainers’ must have one entity as a group and must be affiliated with NCFP.
O. The group must have all necessary materials needed in conducting all functions and activities, such as of Demo Boards, Chess Sets, Chess Clocks, Instructoral Materials.
P. Standard rules and regulations for members of the “Trainers” will be set &implemented strictly.
